Our mission: Built on Structure, Not Promises

At L.E.A.P. This Year LLC, we are dedicated to transforming the Nashville re-entry experience. Our purpose is to elevate justice-impacted men from "passive survival" to professional and personal leadership, creating assets for their families and the Nashville workforce.

Our purpose: From survival to leadership

L.E.A.P. This Year LLC redefines the re-entry journey. While many programs aim to keep men out of trouble, our mission is to build "High-Value Men" who become invaluable assets to their families and the Nashville workforce. We achieve this through a high-accountability residential environment and our transformative N.E.W. M.E. curriculum.

Reaching our community, together

Our message is designed for maximum impact, employing a multi-channel approach to connect with various stakeholders. We tailor our presentation for the "High-Potential" Men (our residents), the families of Nashville (their support system), potential donors and Nashville banks (our partners), and Nashville employers and community leaders.

More than compliance: Building legacies

What sets L.E.A.P. This Year LLC apart in the Nashville re-entry landscape is our focus on mastery, not just compliance. We are not a "holding cell"; we are a leadership incubator. Traditional programs aim for parole completion without re-incarceration. Our goal is to empower men to build legacies their children and the entire Nashville community can be proud of.

"The Mission Doesn't Blink."
